Anyone seeking personal training/coaching feel free to contact Scott Sudale. His details are below

I started tri-elite 3 years ago and since then I have become a Triathlon Coach. As I am not able to train for them myself due to time restrictions I thought Coaching would still keep me involved in it. I started competing in 2005 and have completed 4 ironman Triathlons and numerous 1/2 Ironman Triathlons. Port Macquarie 3 times and Busselton WA once. It's very addictive.
